ByPass Technicians are highly trained from experience staff members and are required to take level assessment tests to determine their level of experience. There are four Levels of installation, with Level 1 being the lowest and level 4 being the highest. Becoming a level 4 takes a great deal of time and extensive experience. All lower level employees are to be supervised by a level 3 or level 4 lead installers at all times. All projects are completed by ByPass Communications and use the At&t TP76300 as a guideline for installation unless otherwise specified by the customer. We take great pride in our work (No Contractors are hired from temp services)!

Site survey is an important aspect and our team of staff will perform site visits prior to all projects and upon project completion. This will help ensure that the correct material is being ordered and that our jobs are being completed to the required standards. It is important to try and recognize any issues there may be up front to save time and money on incorrect material.

Along with our installation staff, we have Project Managers to take control of our projects. They will make sure that all projects are flowing smoothly and that all compliances are being followed through each project. They will maintain daily status reports that will be available upon request. Our Team of Managers will also ensure all jobs completed will be issued a Job Completion Report (JCR), along with Spec Redlines, Test Records, and High Resolution Pictures.

ByPass Communications simply understands that there may not be enough time in the day to complete tasks. This is why we like to offer help to our customer services such as T1 Extensions, Customer Operation, IP Configurations, or anything you may require help. We like to build long and trustworthy relationships so our customers can feel that they can count on us at all times.

With today being a little tougher, we realize everyone is out for the best pricing along with quality installation. At ByPass Communications you will get just that, in fact we will take the time to quote any project on our time. In most case scenarios we can estimate every job very close to the actual cost of the project and we will honor that price. The only way the quoted price will change is if you the customer would like to change or add additional items out of the original job scope. We understand that this may happen and we are willing to work with you under any circumstance, and will not move forward until you are ready.
